Shopping for your home online can be scary, if you don’t know how to return product if it doesn’t work out. I’m sharing all the steps of Wayfair’s return policy, to make ordering online easier and less stressful for you!
As many links as I share with you in emails, on Facebook, and on Instagram…I hear pretty often that some of you are a little wary of ordering certain items online because you’re not sure how returns will work, especially if the vendor doesn’t have a brick and mortar shop. I thought I’d take some of that fear away and show you how easy it is to return to Wayfair…one of my fave online shops. I like it because of the wide variety of home decor, accessories, and furniture. Whether your style is farmhouse, modern, or more of an eclectic design, there is something for you!

Wayfair has a super helpful diagram to walk you through the basics of its return policy. The most important take-away…save the original packaging! You’ll also want to make sure you want to keep the product before you take any stickers off or before you assemble it. Items need to be in new condition to be returned.
If you decide to return and want to get cash back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you return and item and request shop credit, however, return shipping is FREE!
Now that you know how easy (and not scary) it is to return items to Wayfair, you can feel comfortable getting your shop on!
